the staff provided warm and friendly service throughout my stay. my beachfront suite pool villa offered direct access to the beach. the breakfast buffet featured a diverse selection of fresh, delicious options (the fresh fruit juices were a real treat!).
I found the gym equipment in need of some maintenance. Several machines were out of order.

the staff offered genuine thai hospitality from arrival to departure. one team member (i think her name was oum) stood out for her sincerity and professionalism. the reception staff promptly addressed all requests.

the beachfront suite pool villa was spacious and beautifully designed. it included a private pool, a hammock, and sun loungers. the villa also featured an elegant pavilion right on the beach.

the beautiful pool villa was very clean the air conditioning worked well. the villa included a private pool with comfortable loungers and an umbrella i used it daily. breakfast had many options including fresh fruit and pastries

I expected a beachfront grand villa to, you know, face the beach, but our villa faced the pool and was stuck behind the gym. It was hardly what i'd call a beachfront experience. this felt particularly galling since we were paying the same rate as actual beachfront villas though we had no view of the sea at all. i really looked forward to this holiday, and it's too bad it started off on the wrong foot

the beautiful pool villa had a spacious design, equipped with many comforts. the villa was spotlessly clean. renting a scooter directly from the resort was simple. it allowed exploration of the beautiful island.
the resort food tends to be higher priced than options offsite.

slow serviceineffective air conditioner
the service felt mediocre for the price i paid i waited longer than expected for my luggage to arrive in the room and had to go back to the lobby to get it myself the room's air conditioner also wasn't very effective even after i informed housekeeping and a technician looked at it i felt they didn't take my concern seriously enough
